About This Breeder

Only a small kennel I only have a litter every few years so do have a waiting list, I have all my breeding stock eye tested yearly, hips & elbows are done at 18mths of age, & all the dogs are DNA tested for the following that are avaliable for Australian Shepherds: I will test for other once they become avalible as health is very important to me I also breed for temprament & from limited litter numbers have produced many champion in the show ring & family members.

Waikikamukau was established in 2002 with the purchase of Scandal a blue Merle dog Since then we have gone on to produce some tilted show dogs gaining championship and grand champions. As well as dogs gaining titles in obedience, agility, herding, DWD, Only a small kennel out last litter was in 2018, we only breed every so often, with temperament and health being very important. We had a break for a few years and look forward to continuing our legacy. All breeding dogs are hip/elbow scored, eye checks, DNA, etc... We are located in Tasmania and have a Facebook page
