Ambrecreek is a small family oriented kennel on several acres. My dogs are part of the family and also enjoy lots of outdoor space to run and play in beautiful natural surroundings. In this great environment they grow up relaxed and outgoing.
Their friendly and gentle natures are a testament to their breeding and lifestyle. When I breed my dogs, it is to bring out the best of these quality Golden Retriever attributes, always striving for dogs with gentle even temperaments, high intelligence and good health. In particular I also try to make sure the dogs are athletic and retain their natural instinct for retrieving and obedience and adhere to the breed standard.
The line includes some dogs that have excelled in Agility and Obedience work as well as show champions in their pedigree ancestries as well.

All of my dogs have relevant health checks, including low hip and elbow scores, eye and heart tests and Orivet full breed profile DNA testing, to prevent inheritable diseases in future puppies.
