We breed loving companion dogs suitable for obedience, agility, herding and most of all to be great pets. Healthy, active puppies with an easy-going temperament is our main goal in breeding. I breed a few litters each year so people who love Border Collies can enjoy being owned by a Wottapud kid. I am currently breeding from Border Collies who my husband and I have selected from our own breeding over 4 or 5 generations, with a few selected dogs from other breeders. The Border Collies I breed with are fully DNA profiled & tested clear of CEA, CL and TNS, so all our puppies are clear of those conditions by parentage. My puppies are all registered with the ANKC. I devote a lot of time to my dogs & puppies and they return everything I put into them and more. Since I put a lot of time & love into my dogs I insist on meeting all the people who become owners of my puppies. My puppies are very precious to me so I definitely don't trust them to travel with pet transporters. People enjoy meeting & playing with our family of 10 Border Collies of many colours and ages. When my breeders retire they remain with us as part of the family until they move on to the big dog park in the sky. This also means my puppies are used to socialising with dogs of all ages.
