"Mage" started his show career in Australia with a Runner Up to Best Exhibit In Group win on 30.9.17, and has not looked back. He qualified for his Australian Championship title on 5.11.17 with a Best In Group win. Shown sparingly, in less than three months from the end of September through to his last show in 2017, he won a total of EIGHT consecutive Best In Groups (under eight different judges), ONE Runner Up to BIS and TWO Best Exhibits in Show All Breeds. "Mage" has continued to do well in spite of his European background and his consequent difference in style from the preponderance of American and South American bloodlines being exhibited. His type, soundness and balance are what impress those judges who have awarded him. Shown sparingly, but already with some 22 BIG wins Date and 3 BIS wins in just over twelve months since his very first show in Australia he is very close to his Supreme Champion ship title and currently the top winning Dobermann in NSW.
