Alf was a totally different choice of breed & the only Hungarian Vizsla (so far), & WOW! What a super example of this ancient, aristocratic & noble breed he was. Bred by Donna James & Derek Rae in Victoria, Australia, Alf was just beautifully bred & his pedigree is stuffed full with the names of some of the best Vizslas to be found worldwide.
Mind you, Alf was only too happy to let everyone know how posh & talented he was! One of the noisiest dogs in the world, he would talk & serenade everyone whenever he got the chance .... in Hungarian of course! A genuine showman with the most correct & outstanding 'headpiece', a water lover & a natural retriever, Alf had the amazing ability to be quite relaxed or 'on point' at the command of his handler. Very successful in the showring & a multi-class in show winner, as bold as brass & as sound as a bell.
Alf was a wonderful introduction to this ancient special & unique breed.
