Tahlei gained her first Challenge award at only 6 months of age and obtained her Australian Championship title at 16 months with very limited showing. She was shown very successfully in Tasmania, South Australia and Victoria and won Multi Best Of Breed, many Class In Group and Class In Show awards. She was also Multi V1 Rated at specialty shows under international judges.

She gained her first V1 award at 20 months of age under Susan Radamacher (USA) at the Rottweiler Club of Victoria's Championship Show in 2000.

At the Rottweiler Club of South Australia's Championship Show in 2001 under Paul Fleige (Germany)- she won Challenge Bitch, RUNNER UP BEST IN SHOW and best Open in Show.

Her last Specialty was at the RCSA Championship Show in 2003 where she was awarded V1 from the Open Bitch class. Her progeny also winning the Minor Dog and Minor Bitch classes, and her best friend and kennel mate Gr Ch Blackcombe The Business winning the Intermediate Dog class at the same show.

Tahlei also won many Royal Challenge awards. Her last was at the Launceston Royal Show in 2005 - winning Challenge Bitch / Runner Up Best of Breed - at over 7 years of age !

Tahlei was the first Rottweiler from Tasmania to win a Challenge at a Specialty. She is also the only Tasmanian bred bitch to ever win a Specialty Challenge and obtain Multi V1 ratings....She certainly made her mark in history.
