"Flute" a tragic loss at such a young age as a result of (3) cars "road racing in St. Mary's one evening whilst we were en-route to a field night for the judges training scheme.
Two weeks later: same intersection, same cars, same drivers, killed an elderly couple!
“Flute” never had time to prove her worth in the whelping box, but she undoubtedly left her mark in our hearts, and in the history of the breed.
Flute, yet another quality bitch from the same litter as “Spyder” has also had a very successful show career, nudging all of her siblings along the way to take many of the notable awards, again at both All Breed and Speciality Shows.
Although she has been resting on her laurels these past few months during a wardrobe change, she is now due to re-enter the show ring.
Flute is the only bitch from this litter yet to be bred, and plans are in place to breed her in 2007.
