When Jessica was born everyone said she was “the best thing since sliced bread”.
Of course, Jessica immediately set out to prove this was the case, taking Baby In Show at Ovens Valley and Wangaratta. In June 2006 she got both her Class In Shows at the breed specialties. In July it was Best In Show at the Non Sporting Parade, then on to the Condobolin Circuit for 8 Puppy In Groups.
Adelaide Royal 2006 saw her placed first in a field of 44 South Australian Bred bitches.
In August 2007 Jessica had a brief holiday at Laggan NSW and in October she bore three beautiful puppies, Rikki Tikki Tavi, Zane and Ziggy.
Upon resuming showing in 2008 she got a Runner Up In Show at Frankston. She got both Class In Shows at the June specialties. Jessica was the Best Victorian Bitch of All Breeds in 2008 in the showdogs.com.au competition.
In 2009 Jessica completed her Grand Champion title on the 21st of March at Kerang. The lucky judge was Mrs Sue Foster (South Australia).
In June 2010 Jessica had three beautiful pups, Layla, Kaycee (now Skipper) and Toby. On New Years Eve 2010 Jessica had four beautiful pups, Sparkie, Albert, Majik and Sexy Lexie.
On 13 June 2011 Jessica was Hound TV's "Hound of the Week". (See the footage at http://c31.org.au/schedule/view/episode/23878).
On 25 June 2011 Jessica achieved her Endurance Test title at Cherry Lake.
Jessica is in CCD class at Obedience and in Class 2 at Agility. In conformation, as well as the successes listed above, she has been a reliable favourite for each Bitch Challenge.
At home she is a true pleasure to be with.
