At the 2004 National Specialty he achieved an Excellent grading, as did 3 of his siblings also exhibited.
He has achieved multiple All Age Retrieving Trial placings during the past few seasons and has been awarded the Gundog Club of SA's Top Retrieving Dog award for the past 2 years. An obsessive retriever, Magnum is a soft-mouthed, calm, and biddable dog to work with in trials.
He is a very affable boy, a big smooch, and a great slipper-bearing furry alarm clock each morning.
