Nugget came to live with me after Easter 2014, looking a little worse for wear. With a bit of TLC he has blossomed!

He gets on well with all of his kennel mates (incl my other entire males), loves food, loves retrieving, and loves water ... but needs a lot more training.

At the 2014 GSP National (the 3rd time that I had ever shown him) he was awarded an "EXCELLENT" grading in the Open Dog class. Here is his critique:
"Correct bite. Good conformation. Typical head, slightly wide. Good topline. Good chest. Good underline. Good movement."

I was more than pleased with this result, but was over the moon with his results at the Victorian GSP Championship Show, held the next day, when he won Challenge Dog and Runner-up Best in Show under breed specialist Dr Michael Byrne!

Nugget is the sire of some beautiful looking puppies - I look forward to following their careers.
