Breeder's Notes

I have shown and trained Labradors for nearly 50 years. My breeding program is carefully thought out as my aim has always been to breed excellent quality Labradors that are sound, intelligent, and represent the Australian breed standard as per Dogs Australia. Due to working with so many clients that have made a lot of errors with their dogs due to no experience, I created a unique training program for my own litters so that each puppy is coming to his/her name when called, sitting & making eye contact when asked and understands what Quickly Go actually means, so has basic toilet training, and a great deal more. Additional Training Programs implemented from 3 days to 16 days of age include: # Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) is a series of gentle exercises that can help puppies develop resilience and coping mechanisms. # Early Scent Introduction (ESI) Can enhance confidence and stability as adults & reduce behavioural issues in the long term The puppies are raised in the house and from around 5 weeks of age they are then allowed outside during the day, in our special puppy area to complete their next stage of training, which is designed to provide a range of mentally stimulating activities whilst also assisting in their physical and gross motor skill development. Here, everything they have been taught up to this stage is transitioned to a new environment and continually repeated. Then back inside for the night, to ensure an easier transition into their new house.
