After 33 years of breeding & exhibiting Foxhounds I commenced my journey into downsizing & the natural choice was to move into Harriers. I started exhibiting Harriers in 2022 and have to date finished 3 Australian Champions. One of these hounds is an American import & another once he finished his title was exported to the USA. All of our Harriers are/were active & successful hunting hounds registered with the Game Management Authority in Victoria. They have proven their worth in the showring without forfeiting the ability to successfully hunt. Harriers make great family pets- not as big or as strong as his larger cousin the Foxhound. They are quite active so need a commitment to regular exercise. With very easy going natures, Harriers would be willing participants in family outings or snuggles on the couch. Like the Foxhound they are a very hardy breed with no DNA testing required for breeding purposes. Our Harrier litters are raised with the same dedication & care given to my Foxhounds- 24/7 supervision & care, exposure to all types of experiences in a purpose built play area, noises, car travel, cats & other pets. I have a private FB group with updates on planned litters and families can watch the progress of their chosen puppy. With imports from the USA & CANADA we committed to ensuring genetic diversity. At Fellhunters (previously Nunridge) Paul and Fiona Danaher have been involved with pure breed hounds for over 20 years.Our Harriers combine the best genetics from Australia and America.We have been quite successful in the show ring with our hounds. The Gleeson family has been breeding and hunting with Harriers for a century. Committed to preserving the original characteristics of the breed Max has recently imported Mason's Dash of Kingsbury from Canada. Dash follows the importation of Skyrocket's Moonlight Gunner from USA. These two stallion dogs complement the Tasmanian & NZ lines in the Myrtlecreek kennel. Dash (centre) & Gunner(right) trace directly to English Harrier Hunt Packs and are handsome examples of the breed.

Puppies available. Morsha Japanese Spitz has been established for over 30 years and have had some stunning puppies over these years and my current litter stands the test of time. At the moment we have a handsome boy and a pretty girl available and ready to go to their new home’s late December. For this litter I have been lucky to have been able to use a stunning boy Vardi who has an amazing temperament of which as been stamped on his puppies. Maemuki Japanese Spitz are expecting a gorgeous litter in December! Puppies will be ready for their new homes in early February. We are a dedicated breeder, who have been involved in the breed for 13 years. We strive to produce puppies of the highest quality, who are healthy, well conformed and have a beautiful temperament. We are very proud of our dogs, who are both a joy to live with and also achieve fantastic results in the show ring and as therapy dogs. The Japanese Spitz are our passion, pride and joy! The parents of this puppy have been checked for Patella Luxation and have undergone genetic testing. The Dad has also been hip and elbow scored. Puppies receive a thorough vet check when they receive their microchips and vaccinations at 6-7 weeks of age. The results are communicated by me to their future owner. Our puppies are born and raised inside which sets them up to be wonderful inside dogs. Their parents are much loved companions and members of our family (not kennel dogs). We use puppy culture to support raising our babies and give them the best possible start in life. You will be provided with regular updates and photos up until your puppy going home with you.
