Hello my name is Shona I am almost 3yrs old. I am nervous with new people, but I am friendly with other dogs, which is a big plus in my favour. Preferrable we would like to see Shona go to a home with other Basenjis. We have provided a brief Basenji profile in the photos, just increase the resolution in your browser for reading.
Shona was surrendered to BBNA with her other 3 syblings. She only knows life in a kennel and has no experience living as a companion Basenjis. Her new family will need to have patience and be prepared to providing general training eg lead training, house manners etc. He main issue is that she is very scared of new experiences and people. But we believe she will BLOOM in the right environment, but it will take some time and her family will need to let Shona accept her new life in her own time.
Once a home is approved BBNA in conjunction with a new owner will ship to any Australian state. All our Basenjis come with up to date vaccinations, desexed, and health checked.
