We are a small kennel situated just northwest of Noosa and east of Gympie. Our dogs are much loved family members who enjoy keeping us company whatever we are doing. They have been DNA tested and have low hip/elbow scores. Our aim is to breed healthy, happy dogs of good type and temperament, so our puppies are raised with lots of love and the best of care in a family environment.
Kimellie Labrador Retrievers is situated on a rural property ten minutes from Ballarat. We breed for temperament and conformation. Our labradors are the perfect companions.

I have only two bitches and aim to raise quality pups with great temperaments. My pups are raised in the house for the first weeks before being allowed out to romp and play. The pups are well socialised with children and other animals.

On average Kuven Labrador Retrievers breed, one, maybe two litters per year. I like a Labrador Retriever to resemble the breed standard. Physical soundness is very important. Why? So the dog will be able to do what the breed was meant to do. Strong working lines in the pedigree is one of my requirements, because it will enhance the natural instincts of the dog. It's even better if the breeding dogs have proven themselves in the field as it shows that they have natural ability.
A lot of time and effort goes into the planning of a litter. So a lot of effort goes into vetting the people that want the privilege of owning a Kuven Labrador Retriever puppy. It must be a very good home, that will last a dog's lifetime.

I am a mad animal lover living with 5 amazing Labradors. 4 chocolates and 1 yellow. My Eldest Buster is now retired. Then we have Bronte, Oliver,Maggie and our new girl Indie. They all live in the house often hogging the beds. We all walk every day stopping off at both dams on our way round the property. They are born in the household and kept indoors until they are about 4 weeks old. We give them up when they are weaned at 8 weeks of age, by which time they have been microchipped, primo-vaccinated and dewormed. As well as the above each pup comes with their personal dossier which includes diet sheet, care and training pack, exercise and socialisation pack, 6 weeks Petcover insurance, record of worming regime, sales contract, registration with Dogs Queensland, supply of food and a scent blanket.

I got my first Labrador in 2002 and have bred many champions, working dogs (truffle detection, explosives detection, narcotics detection, alpine rescue) and assistance dogs. I am a small breeder in the Upper Great Southern of WA South East of Perth. I have been a Dogs West member for approx 14 years and have bred several litters.
First and foremost my dogs are my pets, they are fabulous with kids and love to be loved. They are very chilled. They love their off leash walks/runs each day doing there own thing for around 1-2km. I have 3 generations floating around the state.
I frequent Perth and the South West and Im happy for anyone to view my dogs by arrangement should I be in these areas as they always travel with me. Or if you would like a drive to the country to visit me to view my dogs a day trip will do the job.
My dogs are DNA tested for PRA - EIC - HNPK and including 16 other known diseases potentially carried by labradors and all paperwork work is available for you to view on request. I work together with some great breeders in WA and my dogs are mated to the appropriate stud dogs for temperament and appropriate DNA profile to avoid puppies being affected by these avoidable diseases. A copy of all offical paperwork will come in your folder for future reference.
Names are taken without a deposit I only ask for a deposit once puppies and Mum have been viewed at 6 weeks of age and this deposit is refundable if you change your mind.
