Snow has a wonderful temperment, and now that he is mature has shown even more qualities than he already had.With his sound and loving temperment he has become well know in the local area, he has become a regular sight at local footy matches, and in the summer, cricket matches.Snow is a pleasure to have and is well loved by all.

I have had Maremma’s since 1999 and have spent much of that time learning all I can about the breed.
The dogs of Casa Di Cani have sheep and horses to look after as well as the humans and I strive towards well mannered and well bred working dogs who are sound in mind and body. To this end my dogs attend shows and community events as well as the odd bit of modeling for some local photographas. The latest event they attended was the Italian Festival at Ettalong Beach Resort.
I as yet have only bred 1 litter. I am planning to breed another litter soon however. My breeding dogs have or will have hips and elbows scored, eye tests done and all the dogs have DNA profiles done. I am committed to only breeding the healthiest dogs possible. I am always happy to chat about my dogs or your dog.
Visitors are always welcome to meet the dogs.

We have owned Maremmas since 1993.We have show,(8 are titled),& working dogs.
Our dogs protect poultry,cashmeres & Lowline cattle.They keep kangaroos & wild ducks off our pastures & crops and possums & cockatoos off our roses/vegetables.They are free-ranging,territorial & wonderful family companions.

At Sydney Royal 2008 we won Breeder's Group of the Day with Zircon,Bari,Bacio and Brioche.Bacio was Puppy of Breed that year and Aust Ch Zircon won the Champions Class and Res Ch.of the breed. In 2008 he achieved the same distinction.
We won Breeder's group in 2009 with Zircon,Astor,Divina,& Donna.
Aust Ch Maremcdonald Zizi & Zircon,her brother, are the progeny of Aust Ch Acreridge Topaz, daughter of the Italian import (in utero) Aust Ch Maremalee My Teddy Bear.
Zizi's daughter,Divina,gave birth to 9 lovely puppies on June 18 2010. Several of these combine working with showing and Federico (QlD) is now titled. The sire is Aus Ch Arrowstud Basilio winner of many "best of breed".
We welcome enquiries, either about our pups or about the breed.We live to the NW of Sydney in the Hawkesbury basin and are more than happy to show you our much loved & respected dogs.
Maremcdonald Maremmas featured on the ABC programme"Creature Features" (I dont agree with everything they said in their handout) in 2005 and on Channel Nine's Morning Show in 2008

I have owned and bred Maremmas since 1993. The dogs I have selected have been for temperament, soundness and trueness to type. My breeding dogs are working dogs guarding stud Suffolk Sheep from foxes and wedgtail eagles. They are loyal, dependable and loving to me and their charges. As I sell puppies for both pets and guardians their temperments must be sound. Although two of my dogs are titled I do not focus on the show ring. Also our latest boy, Maremacdonald Frederico, is currently training with calves and sheep. As a show dog, Freddy has just been awarded CHALLENGE DOG at the Brisbane Ekka. Another good result at only 14 months old............As of the 03/09/11, Freddy has become an Aust Champion.....GO FREDDY!!!!

Rambai Angelo joined us in 2007, and brought with him, his majestic protective presence and his kind, caring nature. At Pugingham Palace we purchased our first maremma bitch to look after our pugs as we are on property and had lost cattle dogs to wild dog attacks after she arrived we were so taken with the breed we now have a dog and have just bred our first litter under the Burjoise Prefix. They are a very intelligent breed and a pleasure to own. Our dogs are well socialised and shown as well as being used as guarding dogs both for pugs, lowline cattle and sheep.
