We breed / show blue merles, tri colour and sables and have been breeding and showing dogs for over 30 years with 20 champions so far we continue to work towards improving the breed for the future.

We are Western Australian and Sheltie owners since 1969 and currently Breeding USA type.
At Jmell we Hip score & DNA test every dog for all known diseases prior to breeding and only breed to these results to ensure we improve the genetics of all our dogs. We also Eye Test through the Ophthalmologist even though we DNA just to be sure there is no anomalies in eyes in any shape or form.
Temperaments are also a Big Priority @ Jmell
I am a small kennel in Perth, Western Australia.
I have been involved with this beautiful breed since 1998. I started with obedience then moved into conformation with my first sheltie Aust CH Jessenda Magic Beau (Simba). My first bitch was Melbadonna Angelface (Angel) who did not like the ring like Simba but was the furpillow on my bed.
I base my breeding on my love of the True English Type & my lines start from the original founder of the Lurikeen prefix, Di Leverington, whom I will always be grateful to.
Puppies are raised in my home & while I only breed occasionaly, I only let my furkids go to the best of forever homes. That is my priority.
I continue show with much enjoyment & have had many successful memories to date.
My dogs are my treasured furkids, who live in the house, not kennels.

We are a small breeders that treat all it dogs as family.
Starting my breeding in Chihuahuas over 40 years ago and now only have my heart breed in Shetland Sheepdogs.
This breed give you so much, they become part of the family and a breed that always knows there own kind.
We started with a Sable bitch Shelbronze Atomic Fire (Shea) now dec, her first born Charm dec has Given us a lot of joy and Her son Gentleman has Swaggr daughter Meme will continue to keep us involved in Sables.
We have always wanted Tris and over the last few years with the help of some qualtiy dogs have been able to stamp our own mark with Tris.
We are now working on our blue lines which will be a joy to see.
All 3 colours have their own unique personality and love to see them interact.
In 2018 we were the only Breeder to breed and exhibit all 3 colours the National held in Perth WA.
We have now live in the RIVERINA area NSW.

We are firm believers in ENS and use a Bio Sensory routine on our puppies which helps desensitise them to common feelings experienced later in life, this teaches them to have a think first approach to anything strange, making them well balanced individuals with solid temperaments.
We are grateful that many owners stay in touch and send photos of the milestones achieved as their puppies mature and we are able to witness the reciprocated joy shared in their loving relationships.
We are also quite proud of the ongoing feedback received by owners on how well their Kianti fur kids have shown themselves with their successes in obedience and agility in the Canberra and Sydney regions.

Although only a relatively small kennel Goldview Kennels were well on the way in 2005 when my first owned and bred sheltie "Goldview Taylamade" gained her title. I am proud to say that since then I have bred and shown several dogs through to their Championship titles, including Ch Goldview Bachelor Boy, Ch Goldview Satin N Lace who are from the same litter. Also Ch Goldview Hyland Cruiser, Ch Anscot Sandpiper and Ch Goldview On The Move .I only breed when I want a pup for myself and I get much pleasure in seeing my puppies go go to their new homes knowing they will be loved and true members of their new family.
Being on a rural property my dogs get plenty of running exercise which gives them strength and agility which is so important in a working breed.
I only breed to the correct UK standard and aim at all times to breed Shelties that are not only beautiful, but dogs that are sound and active as befitting a true working breed.
I am a small family style breeder (No Kennels), I have had Shelties in limited numbers for 40 plus years. I aim to breed pups that are well socialised and to breed standard, all litters are whelped in our home, my joint Breeder Isabel shares the whelping with me.

I’m passionate about dogs, obedience training and canine nutrition, continually learning and increasing my knowledge.
My shelties are much loved & treasured members of our family.
We have an occasional litter.
Our puppies are raised inside and socialised with their doggy Aunts, Uncle, Cousins, Grandmother and their human pack as well
I use Puppy Culture protocols to raise our pups, always hoping for 1 to keep that I can continue with training.I believe the first 12 weeks of a pups life is incredibly important. My pups are handled constantly and given problem solving skills to help give them confidence.
The pups doggy family are NEVER removed from them. They are loved and taught right from wrong throughout that 9 weeks we have them. All the members of my pack have a role to play in raising the puppies.
Holly mothers them...sometimes she starts to lactate and helps feed the pups even if they are not hers, especially her daughter Bonnies pups. It is wonderful to see mother and grandmother both in the whelping box nursing the pups together...this is nature at its best! Phoebe loves to play, rarely does she discipline
All our dogs are fed a real raw food diet & our pups are weaned onto raw fermented food as well; by doing so, establishing their permanent gut microbiome for their future health and immune system

At Kasingal Shetland Sheepdogs our focus is on:
• Solid temperament and outgoing natures - puppies are raised using Puppy Culture
• Sound health and construction.
Puppies Imprinting period opens at 3 weeks and closes at approx. 12 weeks, therefore, we will work with a puppy to provide the imprinting which is so important during this critical period. One of the most important characteristics of imprinting is that the knowledge is retained for life.
Solid Foundation: By the time one of our puppies comes to your home they will have started basic toilet training, done baby recalls, walking on lead, socialisation with people and other animals, be used to being handled, introduced to novel items, sights and sounds, taught how to play and tug, basic retrieve, basic bite inhibition, used to different surfaces and textures, puppy sized tunnels/wobble boards/planks, things to climb in/on/over, things moving under foot, had car rides, ride on a blanket or in a box, play on balance discs and much, much more.
We use the Puppy Culture & Avidog protocols which produce amazingly resilient, confident, enrichment seeking puppies who go on to become well rounded, outgoing, operant dogs.
Our current team compete in Obedience, Rally, Tricks, Scent Work, Agility and the occasional show.
Our dogs are DNA tested for all genetic diseases, ophthalmologist tested and hip/elbow scored.

Our first Sheltie joined our family in 2009 as a handlers dog for my daughter, Tristan was titled and continues to be an important family member.
All breeding stock is health tested. Puppies are raised in the family home and we'll socialised. We only breed very occasionally.
