Darby's career has been nothing short of phenomenal. From six baby in shows, to finishing his Championship at 13 months with a Best in Group in metro Melbourne, to completing his Grand Championship at little over two and a half years; this dog just gets better and better.
Not only is Darby a multi all breeds BIS winner, he is a multi Specialty BIS winner and has had BOB at Melbourne (X4), Brisbane (X2)and Sydney Royal Shows, with three of his Melbourne Royal BOB resulting in Group placements.
Darby accompanied me on a journey to North America, where we flew the Aussie flag high and proud. He finished his Canadian Championship his first weekend out with a Group 1st! He won countless group placements as well as multiple BEST IN SHOWS!
Onto the USA and Darby took Best of Breed FROM THE CLASSES for a Major at the Big Apple Sporting Society under breeder/judge John Naimo, "Kismet" ESS, over a great entry including the top three ESS in the US! The following week he placed in the open dog class at the ESS National. Darby took his second US major with ease going WD/BOW in Springfield MA, once again over strong East Coast competition!
Darby finished his AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP in style at the Garden Specialties with a Winners Dog and Best of Winners (for another major!) at the ESS Club of Long Island! Thank you breeder/judge Mr David Swartwood "Bryden" ESS.
Not only a star in the show ring, Darby has made his mark as a sire, with several of his kids doing extremely well in the show ring in several countries.
