Otchum is an exciting young male and we hope that he continues to reach his potential.
Otchum has attained his A and Z stamps for hips and elbows with the fantastic scores of A (1,1) and Z (0,0). On 16th September 2012, Otchum was awarded Breed Survey Class 1 by Fay Stokes at the Newcastle Breed Survey.
At the GSDL Easter Championship Show 2012, Mr Malcolm Griffith (UK) gave this fantastic written critique for Otchum:
"On the upper limit of size – perfectly proportioned, excellent type, harmonious, very good head and expression, perfect set of ears, excellent reach of neck, very good withers, correct topline , very good length and position of croup, excellent fore and hindquarter angulation, strong bone, stands correct in front. Excellent movement at all speeds."
Otchum has been DNA tested and is clear for Degenerative Myelopathy and Canine Renal Dysplasia, meaning that no puppy sired by Otchum will develop either of these hideous diseases.
Otch is a family dog as well as a wonderful show dog and will pass on his exemplary character and temperament to his pups. To meet him is to love him!
