Blairriver Bearded Collies is only a small kennel of lovely quality dogs that I have been entrusted with over the past 8 years. Our dogs are show dogs and are also part of our family. We enjoy herding and obedience and just spending quality time and enjoying their lovely temperaments.

Keiramyst Bearded Collies was established in 1983. The first Keiramyst litter was whelped in 1986, and Ch Keiramyst Cassandra Rose, "Cassi", became the "First Lady of Keiramyst". We were privileged to share our home with her for over 17 years. Her daughter, "Demi", is our first Grand Champion. "Macaulay", a brown boy was born in 2007 & became a breed Champion & gained his Novice Obedience, Rally Novice & Herding Test titles. "Gibbs" and "Shelby" were born in 2010; Gibbs became our 1st Supreme Champion as well as attaining a Herding Pre-Trial Title; Shelby became a breed Champion & has Novice Obedience, Rally Advanced & Herding Test titles. Shelby’s daughter “Bronte” was born in 2015 & quickly obtained her Aust Championship, & then her Grand Championship. Her daughter “Liza” was born in 2020 and is currently an Aust Champion & has a Rally Novice title. Liza is also training in obedience as well as the newer performance sports of tricks, scentwork & sprint dog. Hopefully Liza will have a break from the show & performance ring in the middle of 2025 to whelp the latest crop of Keiramyst puppies. Most importantly our dogs are much loved family pets and live their lives as part of our family – showing, training & trialling are enjoyable sidelines providing opportunities to spend time with our dogs out in the community, catching up with & getting advice from like-minded friends. I started judges training in 2011 & I am licenced to judge ANKC Toys, Hounds, Working & Non-Sporting.
