Grandeaux Dogue de Bordeaux are based in the beautiful Gippsland region of Victoria. We are very passionate and devoted to the Dogue de Bordeaux (DDB), falling in love after our first encounter with this guardian breed back in 2007. They are intelligent, interesting, impressive, imposing and at times infuriating….but they are exactly the way they should be.

Our DDBs are an integral part of our family. We have no runs or kennels; our DDBs live as members of the family in our home. They are raised to reach their fullest potential with plenty to do each day from exploring to swimming to playing to sleeping, all whilst enjoying plenty of fresh country air.

We do at times exhibit our dogs at conformation shows but our DDBs also relish the stimulation and challenge of obedience training, and they also enjoy socializing in the community. We have a strong belief in promoting and protecting this beautiful breed. Through careful and selective breeding of our DDBs, our aim is to achieve a high standard in their structure, health and temperament. Our DDBs are true to type, that are health tested and from strong Australian and international bloodlines.

First and foremost our dogs are our family, and a huge part of our lives. They spend most of their time with us. Living in the house and often joining us at work or just out and about.

We breed occasionally, as a hobby. We show to enjoy time out with our dogs and friends, not to compete in point scores. Our dogs don’t just show in confirmation. They also attend obedience, swim and participate in dogs sports. Most of all, they love being out socialising.

We have done our share of rescue and had many fosters pass through our home. We have seen first hand the results of irresponsible breeding and understand the importance of responsible ethical breeding. A lot of time, research and planning goes into what we do. We want only the best of homes for our puppies, and for them to be great family members. Therefore, we are committed to breeding happy, healthy dogs. Type, structure and temperaments, are important to us. We breed to the standard, not for the biggest, heaviest, or the most wrinkle.

A small stud grown up on farm life to inside bed dogs, being a small time breeder for 8 years. Beautiful big fat healthy happy puppies! Pups are showing great type, with wrinkly physiques coming from good blood lines.
Our dogues have been hip/elbowed scored, heart tested and dna all with great results and our Pups have been raised in a loving family environment surrounded by our other dogs, people and horses.

Deaux Boutik is a small select kennel located in rural Victoria. Our dogs are part of a large family and are involved in all the comings and goings of such, enhancing socialisation and temperament. Exposed to other animals all aides for a wholesome well balanced dog.

We breed to meet type and conformation aiming for healthy sound strong dogues from both Australian and international bloodlines. Committed to only breeding to improve quality and type. Our breeding dogs are hip / elbowed scored, heart certified by Echocardiogram and DNA genetically tested of which all are HD free.

All pups are raised within the home and leave well socialised, microchipped, vet checked, wormed, vaccinated and 6 weeks of free insurance.

Brilliant loving, intelligent, gentle, relaxed family members and yet an impressive, imposing guardian. Our dogs have given our family so much love and joy and they will give yours the same.
