We have been involved with Lagotti now for nearly 20 years one way or another. We have bred One Grand Champion and Six homebread Champions. One of our boys are successful in scenting as well. Having undertaken extensive research into this beautiful breed, we have planned our breeding program for the future. We have imported two italian boys in the past one in 2004 and then 2007, both of which are now desexed and in loving family homes as both are retired, thoroughly spoilt and loved so much in their new family lives, and their contribution to this breed in Australia will always be seen as valuable and beneficial to this stunning breed in Australia.

It is very important to us that we honour the work already put in by the Italians and that we keep the Lagotto true to the breed type and coat. Our males are Italian imported males. After a long break from showing, we will be back in the show world again in 2018 with our beautiful Izzabella!

Whilst we have had a extremely quiet for the last five years, we have been extremely fortunate that Nugold Lagotto has still been campaigned in Australia and in very capable hands!

OK, so maybe Miss Riffraff doesn't look like the average show dog. That's not because she doesn't scrub up a treat, but because we are much more interested in the fact that she's a fun dog who is great to live with. Riffraff turned ten in 2016 and is enjoying her retirement away from the hustle and bustle of our farm. We still have one of her daughters, Beth, and some granddaughters in our breeding program, though, as well as a few other lagottos we've collected along the way. We added Lagottos to our farmily because we wanted dogs that are not too big, friendly with the whole world, easy to care for and who love life. Our dogs are particularly fond of diving in water troughs, chasing butterflies and ducks, and curling up by the fire or under the computer desk at night. Exactly what we were looking for. We at Duoforza Kennels have been involved with the Lagotto for the past 13 years. Our foundation bitch was provided by the late Dr Margaret Giles, whose guiding hand gave us a successful program. We find the Lagotto to be a most endearing breed. They are intelligent and love their people. Our philosophy here at Duoforza is to breed healthy dogs that meet the standard without compromising temperament. And to carefully maintain the objectives of responsible breeding. Our puppies are well socialised and leave us after 8-12 weeks. All pups are microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and vet checked and registered with DogNSW.

We have kept the Lagotto Romagnolo breed for a number of years & there are many Incavale Lagottos competing in conformation shows & other ANKC dog sports throughout Australia and overseas.
Some of our boys & girls are now registered Therapy Dogs, we have a number being used as truffle dogs, some are being trained as retrievers & there are of course others that are family pets.
Most if not all of our mature show dogs are titled & we have younger dogs well on the way to becoming champions.
We breed to the Breed Standard & our dogs are raised in an environment that assures social confidence and good health.
Our dogs are health tested for all known issues affecting the breed. We keep a number of stud dogs & will only breed dogs that have excellent hip scores.

We have been involved in the Lagotto breed for the past 13 years. Since that time I have loved being involved in showing Lagotto dogs and also in other sporting activities such as agility, obedience, gun dog retreiving, endurance and flyball. I am training 4 dogs in tracking and Nose Works and Truffle work.
Like many I have been totally impressed with their versatility and adaptability. We are now involved in the breeding aspect and we aim to produce healthy dogs of correct size and conformation, with particular emphasis on temperament. We are committed to health testing and following up on the health of dogs we have bred. We are available for the life of the dog.

Our puppies are brought up in our home not kennels to get them ready to integrate into your family. We start training these puppies from day 3 using a protocol named Puppy Culture and temperament test them prior to leaving using the Volhard Method. We do not always have puppies as we do not breed litter after litter.

Welcome to my breeder's listing. It is rather difficult not to wax lyrical about this interesting breed - they are loyal, social, loving, easy to train, make a great companion, and deserve much attention.

I have become an ardent fan of the Lagotto and have also made the journey to Ravenna, Comacchio and surrounding areas in Italy where the breed originated from. I attended a CACIB Dog Show in Lesce, Slovenia in June 2014 and met up afterwards with two Lagotto breeders who were involved in showing and breeding. They were very enamoured with their chosen breed and it was a pleasure to have them share their knowledge and experience, as well as to enjoy their extended hospitality.

I purchased Occhi in 2008, in 2012 my lovely girl Lola a White/Brown came into my life reinforcing what a wonderful and diverse breed the Lagotto can be. Lola is a perfect example of the breed in size and conformation. Lola is ANKC registered and is now titled as Dual Ch (T) GR Ch TS Lagottostar Bellatrix Iris CCD RA as she has been titled in Conformation, Tracking, Obedience and Rally O.

Lola whelped her second litter on 11 April, 2018 with Sire Ch Rozebottels Big Bang Import Netherlands (Whiz), I kept Belle a pretty White/Orange girl from this litter. My aim is to breed healthy dogs with temperament a high priority and as much as possible true to type conformation. I am happy to provide support and grooming training to my puppy buyers whether family pets, show or competing in sports. Both Lola and Belle have great noses and are following Occhi with their Truffle work. Lola and Belle are JE +/- (Carrier), and NAD, HUU and LSD clear. Both have B hips, 0/0 elbows, and have been Eye checked.

We have been truly blessed to live with Kiss, who is a Dual Champion and holds many titles in diverse aspects of the dog world, including Flyball Grand Champion, agility, obedience, she is also a therapy dog working with disabled children and adults. We live with four Lagotti and truly Believe that this breed is capable of anything. It is a breed that can be trained to the highest standard or can be equally happy as a loved companion.

We are a small breeder of Lagotto Romagnolos based in Melbourne. Our aim is to breed healthy Lagottos with a great temperament and a good conformation. In our view the perfect Lagotto should be friendly and energetic with no resource guarding and it should display a great working drive.

We have chosen Panda as our foundation bitch as she has the most wonderful temperament and is very smart and keen to learn.

Whether you are looking for an obedience dog, tracking dog, agility dog, show dog or simply a wonderful pet then we expect our next litter to have what you are looking for.

Around 7-8 weeks of age, all puppies will be temperament tested and we will match puppies to their new families to make sure they fit in the best. At this time we can also access which puppies are likely to do well in the show ring.

Rustufarion is a small Lagotto kennel dedicated to breeding for excellent temperaments and sound conformation along with correct breed type. Our aim is to selectively breed Lagottos to participate in conformation shows, obedience, agility and most importantly become valued family companions. All dogs included in our breeding program are screened for known genetic disorders and hip x-rayed and eye tested.

Maggie is our first Lagotto Romaglo and has been part of our family for 6 years now. During this time we as a family, have learnt so much about this precious breed. Maggie has amazed us with how true, to the original breed temperament and type she is. Maggie has a colourful and well balance personality and is truly one of the family.
During my time studying animal behaviour, Maggie was used for many conditioning video's and class demonstrations, she not only helped me achieve top marks but she has proved her self to be worthy as a therapy dog.

CASSABIEJE is a small family kennel on the Mid North Coast of NSW. We are dedicated and feel passionate about our Lagotto Romagnolo dogs.

Lagotto Romagnolo are also known to some people as the Italian Truffle Dogs, and we find them to be active, clever, loving, loyal and with a very keen nose sense for searching. Our dogs have been involved in many Dog Sports, Obedience, Agility, Scentworks, Tracking and also, just simply love going to the beach to dig and swim. All our breeding dogs have gained their Australian Championship titles at an early age, from Dog Showing on the North Coast NSW.

Our breeding dogs are evaluated by us for their type, temperament, and CLEAR of all Lagotto Romagnolo DNA testing, with excellent results of their hip and elbows. Therefore, that gives us a good probability of having excellent healthy puppies.

We only have litters occasionally.

Building on the knowledge and experience of the late Sue Jackson of the Suzaluca prefix we are carrying on with promoting the Lagotto breed in Western Australia.

Sue's untimely passing in December of 2017 was not in vain. We have in residence her beloved orange boy Tino, Grand Champion Wispan Amadore and Rado, Ch Deelee Eldorado.

We love showing and breeding this wonderful versatile breed. All dogs hip scored and we promote DNA testing.
