At our small kennel in Tauranga, we focus on quality over quantity, breeding only a handful of times throughout the year. This allows us to give each litter the utmost care and attention, ensuring that each puppy receives the best start in life. Our commitment to responsible breeding practices ensures that every dog we raise is healthy, well-socialized, and ready to become a beloved member of its new family. By limiting the number of litters, we maintain a personal, hands-on approach to every dog, ensuring a more intimate and dedicated experience for both pets and owners.

I have been showing Shih Tzus since 2008 and had my first litter in 2015. All my puppies and adults are DNA'd and are all clear of any hereditary issues. All my dogs live in the house and are part of my family getting loved and spoiled. Quality pet puppies are sometimes available to permanent loving homes and are desexed before they go.

ShihZoom was created in 2025. We are not having any puppies for the foreseeable future, however welcome breed enquiries. I started in Shih Tzu as a young girl in the 1990's. After having several years break, Josh and I became involved in my heart breed again in 2014. Our furbabies are truly part of our family. They are raised indoors in a warm, loving home environment and enjoy supervised outdoor playtime to encourage confidence, social skills, and fun!
