Welcome to Teshkamere Whippets! We are a Dogs Australia (ANKC) registered, small, home based kennel in the Kapunda area of South Australia. We are extremely passionate about raising happy, well rounded whippets that fit perfectly into the family home. We strive to produce Whippets that meet the standard, are fit for function and are beautiful family companions, whilst also having the ability to excell in various canine sporting disciplines including conformation, lure coursing, and sprint dog. We believe in promoting best practice principles for the raising of our puppies and as such, dedicate a large amount of time to undertaking puppy protocol handling, ESI and ENS, and individual puppy evaluations. Our dogs and puppies are raised in our family home, on 30 acres in the beautiful Kapunda area. Puppies are exposed to dogs, cats, sheep, chickens and horses, along with the every day sounds of family life with 2 young children. We are actively involved with The Whippet and Greyhound club of SA, and enjoy supporting and encouraging new owners and families.
