Cubana Havanese is one of New Zealand’s first kennels to breed Havanese from top Australian, UK and European blood lines. We have been privileged to experience the pitter patter of tiny paws with 10 beautiful litters to date. Our first litter was Christmas day 2008. All our puppies are in loving homes in NZ, and as far away as Australia, Hawaii, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Spain, Singapore and Tonga. 14 are now NZ Champions and 2 are Australian Titled Champions. Once you have met a havanese you turn into this raving lunatic that 'Hav to hav a Hav!' Given that the havanese is a rare, minority breed in New Zealand, every effort is made to refine the breed by importing new, healthy, robust lines from UK and Germany. In 2012 we imported 2 beautiful red havanese, first of this color in the Southern Hemisphere from vom Salzetal, a top German breeder. Cubana is NOT a business but rather a ‘lifestyle’. Our happy, enchanting little charmers are our exceptionally beautiful, fun loving family members living with us unrestricted in our home. Havanese Pure Bred Puppies for Sale. Mother and Father are both Certified Pedigree Pure Bred Havanese registered with Dogs QLD/ANKC. All parents have had full DNA profile testing for breed. Puppies will be registered on Limited Pedigree Pure Bred register complete with DNA profiling for parentage. Main register papers may also be considered if requested. Puppies are non-shedding and have a non-allergenic coat. All puppies will be vet checked, flea-controlled and wormed, vaccinated, microchipped and a beautiful puppy pack will be provided with information for new puppy owners. They will be ready for their new homes at 8 weeks of age. Puppies are bred and raised inside our home with my children and have been handled since birth. Interested persons are welcome to visit our home. Facetime will be offered to our interstate buyers. I would like the opportunity to choose well-loved forever homes for them and this takes time to find the right person/family. This way our new puppies families can name their puppies before they arrive to their forever homes, as we will begin the journey of crate and toilet training by using their chosen names. We have a beautiful 7 year old girl looking for the right loving forever home. Her name is Della. She is desexed, has had her teeth cleaned, and vet checked. She has had a full DNA breed profile. She has had extensive health testing including her hips and elbows x-rayed to ensure that she is healthy and does not have, or carry, any inherited diseases or problems. She has been wormed for all intestinal worms, heart worms, ticks and fleas. She has recently received an immunisation booster. She has had her coat clipped short for easy maintenance.
