Hashki owned or bred dogs are multi in show and in group award winners in most states of Australia, with over fifty champions.
Our pedigrees are based on top quality overseas bloodlines, including my two lovely American imports. My lines include the rare and lovely chocolates.

Quality Cavaliers from 1978, Havanese joined Carnwath in 2002.
We led the way for Havanese in Victoria, and now have been joined by eight imports, ensuring genetic diversity in my lines.
My breeding program incorporates European and American bloodlines alongside the tried and tested lines already available within Australia. My dogs are carefully bred with health and temperament as priorities.
ALL resident breeding dogs are health tested for patellae luxation, healthy hearts and clear eyes. Imports and foundation dogs are all hip scored.
The boys are available at stud only to approved bitches.
I am qualified to judge all Toy Breeds, and am a Life Time Member of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club of Victoria, and foundation member of the Victorian Bichon Related Breeds Club.

CUBET has been owned by Havanese since 2005 with multiple In Group and In Show achievements. Our dogs are Royal Best of Breed winners, Speciality Show winners and have won Best In Group & Best Of Breed under local, interstate & international judges.
Many of our home-bred Havs are now involved with other dog related activities such as Obedience, Agility, Doggy Dancing and Therapy.

We were introduced to the delightful happy, bubbly Havanese in 2007. We welcomed our Canadian dogs Cadbury and Peaches, and they obtained their Australian Championship titles with ease. Thanks Michelle for sending them to OZ!!!.

Havanese are the most wonderful breed you will ever come across,with there happy loving nature to life and alway wanting to please the family.
Since beening involved with these little guys from 2007,with a beautiful boy called Torza Grande Applause whom started my obsession with this breed and never looked back,as I'm happy showing this wonderful breed,Breeding isn't high on my list but somewhere down the track I will. In 2009 Myself and Lindsay Bolden imported a beautiful boy out of the UK which we had fun titling to his champion title in just 4 months of showing,more exciting news to come in the near future.

Having been involved with the dog world for over 45 years in obedience, agility, conformation and the PAL Superdog Team with larger breeds, I decided it was time for a smaller breed and after much research fell for the Havanese. They are fun to be with, fabulous with well behaved children, small enough to go anywhere but big enough to be able to do whatever you ask of them.
The health of my animals is paramount and to this end all of my dogs are fed only a RAW diet and raised holistically so you can be assured they are as healthy as nature intended.
Whilst we are located near the wonderful Dubbo area of NSW it is easy to fly your precious puppy to any main airport in Australia. Note during COVID there are no regional flights so collection in person is the only option. I will not consider interstate buyers during this period.

Cubana Havanese is one of New Zealand’s first kennels to breed Havanese from top Australian, UK and European blood lines.
We have been privileged to experience the pitter patter of tiny paws with 10 beautiful litters to date. Our first litter was Christmas day 2008. All our puppies are in loving homes in NZ, and as far away as Australia, Hawaii, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Spain, Singapore and Tonga. 14 are now NZ Champions and 2 are Australian Titled Champions.
Once you have met a havanese you turn into this raving lunatic that 'Hav to hav a Hav!'
Given that the havanese is a rare, minority breed in New Zealand, every effort is made to refine the breed by importing new, healthy, robust lines from UK and Germany. In 2012 we imported 2 beautiful red havanese, first of this color in the Southern Hemisphere from vom Salzetal, a top German breeder.
Cubana is NOT a business but rather a ‘lifestyle’. Our happy, enchanting little charmers are our exceptionally beautiful, fun loving family members living with us unrestricted in our home. We will occasionally breed with the welfare of our Havanese as priority..

Welcome to "Anese" Havanese. I am a small kennel who has fallen in love with this wonderful breed.
My Havanese are pets first, showdogs second. They sleep in the house and the house is organised with them in mind.
I do not breed often, but when I do my aim is to produce quality puppies, Dogs SA Registered of sound body and excellent temperament into loving homes for companionship and show.
The best advice that I can give you is to be patient - good things come to those who wait! Dont rush out and buy a puppy before conducting thorough research and dont be afraid to ask the breeder LOTS OF QUESTIONS!!

My name is Gail and I am a Havanese exhibitor and breeder (under the prefix 'Karyme'), and all-round dog lover, located in SE NSW. My dogs are part of my family and live in my home, and my puppies are raised with love, care and oodles of one-on-one attention.
Since becoming involved in the breed I have bred Best In Show, Runner Up Best In Show and Best In Group winning Havanese. I breed several litters a year and puppies are available to show, pet and sporting homes.
'Karyme' (pronounced CAR eh meh) is a Spanish name meaning 'the attractive one' - a very appropriate name for the gorgeous havanese! (plus a play on words - Havs love to be picked up and cuddled ;-) )

I was introduced to the lovely Havanese breed over six years ago.. Prior to the Havanese I have been breeding and showing Maltese for over 30 years. I also bred and showed Tibetan Spaniels and a Pug occasionally.
I am now learning all about the very interesting, playful and intelligent Havanese breed thanks to Hashki Havanese.
We do have older desexed dogs available from time to time.
