Bobkins Kennels was founded by Rose Dillon in 1982 and has bred selectively over the past 30+ years, breeding for quality rather than quantity. Sadly the kennel's founder passed away in 2010 however her daughter Cherie is continuing her love of the breed with the intention that pups will be available from breeding selected for soundness and temperament.

Our puppies are bred from Champion/Imported stock that has been extensively health tested including hip scored, microchipped, DNA and health certified. Puppies are very seldom available. In 2017 we qualified 3 Oes for Dog of the Year and Best of Winners iAll Breeds competitions winning the Best of Winners competition. In 2018 we qualified an adult and 2 puppies Our US import, SUP CH/AM CH WYNSILOT N LARAME COME TOGETHER (imp USA) is a consistent In Show winner. He has amassed 20 BEST IN SHOW wins and multiple RUNNERUP IN SHOW and BEST IN group wins. In December last year we imported a young bitch from Wynsilot Kennels, WYNSILOT NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN who has finished her Australian Title with Multiple In Group and In Show wins. I purchased my first Old English Sheepdog puppy in 1979 and have been confirmation showing since 1991. My first litter of puppies arrived March 1994, which got my husband involved in the show ring. Breeding for health, soundness and temperament is our top priority and our puppies are raised in a loving family environment. Whitefall Old English Sheepdogs was established 1964 in Scotland by Robin and Christine Mather arriving in South Australia in 1968. They brought with them Whitefall Rollingsea Beach Bunny & Whitefall Prospectblue Guardsman who became Australian Champions. After a short period back in Scotland by the 90s Alison Finlay and Christine ventured into Newfoundlands while maintaining a passion for OES. During a period owning and showing Gateview Goes to the Top Alison was added to the prefix and they waited for the right bitch to come along. Before Robin passed away in 2015, Alison and Christine travelled overseas to shows and formed an alliance with Niedersachsens Pride OES to facilitate the right dog semen to be imported for the bitch. She finally came along in 2014. Robin loved Ruby (Ch Perfu Bridal Waltz) and he was very happy with the plan for the next generation of Whitefall. With thanks to Perfu we continue in an independent direction. Robin would be very proud to have Ch Whitefall Gentlemen Never Tell (ai) aka Jock show presented and handled by friend Rose Harry.
