Queenie Pop is a lover - she loves being at home, being a couch potato or bed bug , loves cuddles and just about everything. Showing was really not her scene yet she got through to her title with more judges saying to me "she looks so sad" than I care to remember. At home she is a bright spark, in the ring a complete sad sack.

She has now retired from the show ring and will enjoy being a homebody & Dad's helper. Queen has had her first (and last) litter and the pups turned out very well (see Freddie & Oprah's profiles elsewhere on Dogzonline). Queen's body did not like having babies as she developed milk fever (Eclampsia) badly so she was desexed as it is not worth the risk of losing her for the sake of more puppies.

Queen was very different from my other dogs as she is completely independant and where the others like to play together and sleep together she was quite content doing her own thing by herself. Her only problem in life is that she believed she should be further up the pack in rank and unfortunately Murtle & Angel didnt agree which lead to some disasterous times and for that reason we decided the best thing for her would be to go and live with Matt with her son PT & daughter Merc. We miss her greatly but she is far better off living a life of not being intimidated and beaten up.

The main thing Queen loves doing in life is playing, she is the most toy obsessed dog I have ever come across and you hardly ever find her without something in her mouth! Still it is endearing and it was very quiet when she was away for the month as none of the toys were taken out of the toy box for that entire time!

She is behind everything I have now so we are pleased she is a part of our history
