In December 2019, we welcomed our stunning boy Kenji from Tokyo, Japan into our home at RUSHMERE Miniature Schnauzers in Melbourne, Australia.
Kenji is bred by the world-renowned and highly respected Specialist Breeder and International conformation Dog Show Judge Mr Masami Uryu! We cannot thank Mr Masami Uryu enough for entrusting us with Kenji. Thanks, Masami San!
Kenji’s pedigree is to die for! His lines include top kennels from Japan, USA and England.
Mr Personality in every way. Confident, affectionate, cheeky and super fun!
Kenji’s conformation is breathtaking! Absolutely stunning head, beautiful dark almond eyes, superb front assembly matching hind assembly, a beautiful crest of the neck, short backed, short coupled with gentle slight descent from the withers to croup, gorgeous tail carriage at 12 to 1 o'clock.
Kenji's is sired by AMERICAN GRAND CHAMPION, JAPANESE CHAMPION JOKERLAND'S GLACYCA also known by his call name "JOY".
Joy was the TOP PRODUCING SHOW MINIATURE SCHNAUZER STUD in the United Kingdom for 2019!
Due to COVID19 shutdowns, Kenji was only shown over the Australia Day weekend cluster of All Breed Championship Shows in late January 2020 under a panel of esteemed International and Interstate Judges.
Kenji did us all at Rushmere Miniature Schnauzers very proud in all these shows by taking out Best of Breed Miniature Schnauzers, Challenge Dog, and Multiple Best Classes in Group, Best of Breed 2nd and Reserve Dog Challenges. All this achieved from the Minor Puppy Class (6-9 months of age).
We are in love with this young boy who exudes TYPE, BALANCE AND SOUNDNESS!
