Many thanks to Sarah Lowe for letting me have Hero's dam Saffron (Shaneca Waltzing Matilda) and to Margaret Gray for letting me use Hero's sire Saphyr Independent Trick (AI). This combination brings new lines developed by Margaret to Kanidor SCWT, whilst still keeping the strengths of my foundation dogs in Hero's pedigree namely Mac (SUP CH. Lindywheat's Macciato [IMP SWE]) and Patsy (CH. Larnook Ever Present) who was co-owned by her breeder Monica O'Kelly.
Hero was the only one in his litter with a short harsh coat. But from very early on he was very stylish and outgoing. We hope he turns out like his grandad FIN MVA. Ballyhara's Trick or Treat who was just like Hero as a puppy and now has a beautiful well-coloured flowing silky coat and an excellent temperament.
