OMG Reba (the Diva) has taken us on an unbelievable ride in the Show Ring….

Within a month of being in the Show Ring as a Baby from her first show on the 27/08/2021 till 26/09/2021 Reba’s show results are -

• Baby Puppy Sweepstakes - 1st
place x 1 and 2nd place x 2
• 11 Baby Bitch classes
• 7 Baby of Breed,
• 2 Baby in Group - 1st place x 1 Champ/
1 Open Show.

Once Reba turned 6 months of age, she was old enough to compete for her Australian Championship title by winning Challenges and Best of Breed points to date along the way with some lovely wins against other Alaskan Malamutes (some that have been Imported into Australia including her Sire as well as those that are Australian bred).

Reba’s winning show results start from the Minor Puppy bitch class on the 2/10/2021 and other various classes listed below till 11/12/2022 (14 months total) are -

• Puppy Sweepstakes - 2nd place x 2
• 128 Bitch Challenges Certificates
• 31 Best of Breed Certificates
• 94 Runner Up of Breed
• Multiple winner of Minor, Puppy, Junior,
Intermediate, State Bred and
Australian Bred of Breed classes.

What an achievement this is for Reba in such a short time whilst in the Minor Puppy class who at the tender age of 7 months and 3 weeks, gained the required 100 plus points in just over 7 weeks to which Dogs Qld have approved Reba for her Championship so she will now be known as “AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION Icepaws Rockn Dahous With Reba….

The following results are wins competing against different breeds of dogs in the Utility Group -

• 3 Puppy in Group (Champ Show)
• 15 Junior in Group (Champ Show)
• 5 Intermediate in Group (Champ Show)

What can I say but WOW…Reba not yet 2 years of age is just 192 points shy of reaching her Australian Grand Championship title (1000 points required). Currently Reba sits on 808 points.

Yes Reba is unique. Not only does she have style, personality and beauty but she also has what the standard calls for which is, correct coat and conformation that would give her the ability to survive in harsh conditions and do the job she would have been bred for.

NEWS FLASH….Reba will be having a break from the Show Ring to concentrate on raising 9 stunning Alaskan Malamute babies - 4 males & 5 females, who arrived on 05/03/2023….
