Pippi has always been an individual. Halfway to her career title, she had an unfortunate accident in the show ring in which she tore the muscle from her spine. It took quite some time to heal and she eventually returned to showing, but with a distinctly different attitude. She would reach the entrance of the ring, look around and decide whether or not she wished to show. If she did, then she would be resplendent, but if not then she would slop around the ring to her handler's dismay. Despite that she earned her title. Pippi remains at Chiencav, one of our much loved 'oldies' as shown in this recent picture of her.
