AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION Webfoot Apache Lad
Apache enjoyed showing, but spent his early months getting a good grounding in his first love, retrieving. He followed in his father's footsteps, Dual Champion (R) Tenarda Firecracker. Apache was an excellent retriever on land and in water. He had a friendly attitude, enjoyed his shows, and was great company. He won DOG CHALLENGE and RUNNER-UP BEST OF BREED at the 2008 ROYAL QUEENSLAND SHOW. He has also achieved 1 JUNIOR IN GROUP, 4 INTERMEDIATE IN GROUPs, and 1 BEST IN GROUP. Special thanks to Chris Kingston (Delmundi Labrador Retrievers) for showing and appreciating Apache, and achieving his CLASS IN GROUP and BEST IN GROUP wins. 'Apache' gained the last points for his AUSTRALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP title on 9.5.09. He is lovingly remembered.
