MBIS/BISS/Sup Ch/Am Ch Ridgesetter Fly The Flag ET SC
A consistant performer at All Breeds and Specialty level she attained her title at 14 months with ease. All but one of her challenges coming from breed/group judges. She has continued this success with a BISS,BIS,Multi RUBIS & RUBOB at Sydney Royal in 2003. To show she's more than just good looks this typey girl also added a 20km Endurance Title to her list of accomplishements.
At the 2004 Inaugural Australian Whippet National she won the Australasian Sweepstakes under Mrs Shirley Rawlings (UK) & placed 6th in Open Bitch. A few weeks later she went Best in Show at the Australian Charity Cup Show under Mr C & Mrs L Betts (Canada).
With the odd tear shed Electra the Wicked Whippet departed our fair shores in November 2004 and set up residence in Connecticut, USA with Phoebe Booth and the Shamasan Whippet crew and is co-owned by Joan Fisher - Showbiz Bulldogs. All reports suggested she settled in well and found her place under the covers on the bed - oh she of fickle heart
During her time in the US Electra gained her US title, 8 group placements, an AOM at a Specialty, she and Lisa showed at Westminster, her Senior Courser title in just 6 runs and had a litter to Ch Shamasan A Kind of Magic (7 boys/2 girls).
She has not only proven herself in the show ring but in the whelping box as well, now being the dam of 10 Champions (7 Aust/3 US) and the wins of her kids include RUBISS, Specialty Reserve CC, 4 Group 1 & 2 winners and many specialty class wins & class in group/show wins.
NEWSFLASH - ELECTRA THE WICKED WHIPPET IS GRAND & takes Reserve Challenge at the Whippet Club of NSW Specialty Show on Good Friday - with her daughters, grand daughters and great grand daugthers lined up behind her in the challenge
