Finola's legacy has continued through her beautiful and highly successful offspring. She produced 5 Specialty BIS winners in three different countries, 3 all breeds BIS winners and three of her offspring were point score holders for top IW in three different countries. Four of her offspring have produced at least one Specialty BIS winner. There are currently numerous top winning hounds descended from Finola in USA, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Following her BISS win, Finola was bred to American Grand CH Limerick Frosty the Showman, producing three very promising puppies. Her show career resumed in January 2013, winning a BOB first time out which was sufficient to gain her the Supreme title, aged 3 years 6 months...the first Irish Wolfhound to achieve this....Having accomplished everything there is at conformation shows she is now retired from competition.

FEBRUARY 2012...

Finola picked up the final points for her Grand title at Naracoorte Show aged 2 years 8 months....The only Irish Wolfhound bitch ever to achieve this..... She will only be shown occasionally now until after her planned litter....

DECEMBER, 2011.....

Finola has returned to Adelaide following an extraordinarily successful three months in QLD, her major wins are listed below. Thank you to all the QLD exhibitors for embracing Finola as one of their own. Their warm and generous congratulations have been much appreciated. Special thanks once again to Jacky Harnett for all her hard work and her excellent care of Finola during her stay.

Finola is #1 IW in the Show dog of the Year section of DOL competition as well as #1 in the breed club (IWC of NSW) point score competition. I look forward to competing with her in 2012..
