James, and his brother Harlem, are by Ch Oakridge Intercooled CCD (AI), who is sired by Am Dual Ch, Am AFCH Trekker V Grunbaum AM VCD3. AM UDX. AM MX. AM MH (USA), member of the GSPCA Hall of Fame. Their dam is Ch Woodwych Walk On The Wild Side, daughter of 2008 GSP National Best In Show winner, Gr Ch Woodwych Mustang Sally.

As a youngster, James was a multiple Baby Puppy In Group & Show winner. At his first shows out of the baby class, he was awarded two reserve challenges, and a Puppy In Group. At 9 months of age, James has been awarded a number of large best & runner up best of breed awards, under both Australian and International judges.

James gained the last few points for his Australian Champion title in April - just before his second birthday. Along the way to his title, he was awarded Best Exhibit In Group & Runner Up Best Exhibit In Group in very strong competition. Since this time, James has won Best Exhibit In Show & Runner Up Best In Show awards.
