Riot attained her Grand Championship title in the best possible manner by winning Australian Bred in Show under Tony Syme in August 2014. Riot, with almost 35 class in group and in show awards, is surely one of the top winning Field Spaniels in the show ring in Australia. For a rare gundog her list of achievements is outstanding.

Riot is a superb example of the breed. With her compact body, strong top line, lovely lay of shoulder, excellent front and rear angulation which gives her wonderful forward reach and rear drive and strength on the move, Riot typifies the ideal of the Field Spaniel. Her feminine head, tight eyes, sweet expression and loving disposition endear her to all she meets. Riot is truly a great ambassador for the breed.

Now awaiting the birth of her first litter Riot will return to the show ring in early 2015 with her progeny; the first Field Spaniels to be born under the Robmond prefix.

We are indebted all the judges who recognised her superb quality. And, just as equally, we are indebted to Georgie Patterson for her careful breeding practices which produced Riot and who then had the courage to relinquish her to me.
