So very proud to share my very first Cocker Spaniel - Pearl. I was kindly given the opportunity to take Pearl when going through a messy marriage breakup and she became the focus of my world and to this day is never far from my side.

She quickly gained her showring title with many lovely wins show ring prowness was much faster than my learning of how to prepare and present this lovely breed, and she has enjoyed many wins along the way ...

Together we have learnt the ropes and although I still have much to learn, Pearl is happy to keep on being my 'model'.

She is a very proud mum and has Champion Grandkiddies - and sadly had to be desexed early to save her life during her last pregnancy - but we wouldnt have it any other way ....

Thank you to all those people who over the years have 'run' our Pearlie .... she loves to show and she will go in the ring with anyone and she is a popular dog for the junior handlers and she gives the very best Cocker kisses ever.

When turned 10 years and new grandchildren to watch, Pearl was again been fully clipped off and retired from basic shows, having also adding her Australian Neutered Championship status to her name. She achieved this in different stages of coat growth with group and show wins along the way. Thanks to the Judges both locally and internationally on some super comments about her type and attitude.

Sadly early in the new year Pearl developed lumps in her neck glands and was given a few months to live but the cancer grew very quickly and less than a week later I had to say my final farewells to a very special soul mate and my first cocker. Pearl lives on in my heart and memories both with me and people who also loved her nature and personality and with special photos, statues and keepsakes I have and her children and grandchildren. Gone but never to be forgotten my us.
