CHAMPION Burragundy Ned Kelly
Ned was well described in his critique as a Minor Puppy at the NSW Golden Retriever Club Show, 8 September 2013 -
Beautiful young boy, really a man with strong masculine head, kind expression, good pigment, masculine neck. Good size. Excellent angulation, good front with strong straight bones, excellent shoulder, deep chest, level top line, well set tail, good movement.
Ned enjoyed his first Sydney Royal experience in 2014 and was awarded Junior Sweepstakes 5th Place and Junior Dog in Breed 3rd Place. Sydney Royal 2015 he placed 2nd Intermediate Dog in a strong class.
Ned is a quiet achiever, maturing gracefully. As a young show dog he placed well in his age classes and class in breed awards; also Puppy in Group, Junior in Group, Intermediate in Group. Ned won Intermediate in Show at 2014 United Retriever Club Ch Show. From the Intermediate class he graduated into Dog Challenge and Best of Breed awards, gaining his champion title in 2016 and competing in adult classes.
With his kind, friendly and calm temperament always on show, these days Ned's activities are happily focused on his role as an ideal companion and ambassador for the breed.
