Illimar is a beautiful, well balanced dog exhibiting excellent type. He has the classic malamute head - wedge shaped, short muzzle, with dark brown eyes and small thick ears. He has powerful reach and drive. He is already showing promise in the show ring,being a multi class-in- group winner. He was the minor puppy winner in the Solawind Pointscore competition of 2004 and best opposite puppy in the South Australian Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute Club's 2004 pointscore competition. Illimar has received a number of Best of Breed and RUBOB awards in large fields of champion dogs. Like his uncle (BIS, BISS Gr Ch Tuvaaqan Latu Iliuk), Illimar is going to be a slow maturer, who will be at his best from about two years of age.
