Kahleyvale (pronounced Kar-lee-vale) is a small, select, breeding and exhibiting home in South East Queensland. We concentrate on producing sound, healthy and happy Cavaliers of the correct size and temperament, not forgetting that melting Cavalier expression.
I concentrate on Particolours, Tricolours are my challenge and my first love, but we also have Blenheims.
Health testing is important here, with Cavaliers certified MVD clear (@ 5 years + as per International Protocol) appearing consistently in the pedigrees. My Cavaliers also hold AVA-ANKC Eye Scheme Clear Eye certificates and are DNA cleared for Curly Coat/Dry Eye & Episodic Falling....age appropriate.

Kahleyvale is breeder and exhibitor of some of Queensland’s most consistently winning Cavaliers! Our Cavaliers have held their own over the years in the show ring, winning many Class in Group and in Show awards including Specialty level, Royals and Best in Group to Best in Show.

Kahleyvale is home to Ch Kahleyvale Transcendence "Bodhi" .. Bodhi holds an AVA-ANKC Eye Scheme Clear Eye and Specialist Heart Certificate (clear at age 5) and has a full DNA profile. Available to suitable Health Tested Bitches *Conditions apply.

SYON

Small showing and breeding kennel established in 2000, boasting numerous Australian Champions (one of these becoming a Supreme Champion), four of these carrying the Syon prefix and one going on to become our first and homebred Australian Grand Champion. Recently showed a boy to become Grand Champion and then later Neuter Grand Champion.

ABERLOUR

I have bred and/or owned approx 50 Champions of various breeds in Australia and New Zealand, but have now down-sized and only have Cavaliers.
Over the years, my dogs have won numerous BIG/RUBIG awards, as well as Multi In-Show awards at Specialty and All-Breeds Shows under All-Breeds and Specialty Judges.

My Cavaliers have FULL PROFILE DNA testing (includes CC/DE/EFS/DM/CM) ...
and have regular heart assessments.

Health and longevity is the proof in the pudding ... and until recently, we had 4 Cavaliers between 10-13 years old running around the back-yard (all home-bred).

I breed all four colours, and I have puppies available occasionally.
My Cavalier boys are sometimes available to approved (health tested) bitches.

CAVALRITE

Our dogs are all Specialist Health Tested, and full breed profile DNA tested (not just for EFS and CCDE).

Our dogs are part of our family and our puppies are raised in a home atmosphere, with loads of attention and socialising. We show when we can and breed with a view to maintaining quality in the breed. We have all four colours. We breed only with our own dogs, continually striving to uphold high principals of breeding, take every step to ensure that show, breeding or pet families receive quality, true to type, healthy puppies from us and that we act as responsible and trustworthy breeders.

Our well loved and cared for dogs and facilities are openly displayed on our website. Visits are by appointment only. Puppies receive a thorough vet check and Health Certificate prior to transferring to new approved show, breeding or pet homes.

Our dogs are well loved, happy and healthy individuals running free on large grassy areas with their every need met willingly and lovingly. No cages or small pens for our kids. Our dogs are only too pleased to show any visitor just how happy and healthy they are.

We register our litters with Dogs Qld (ANKC), pet puppies are on Limited Registration, and main registration is provided for genuine showers or breeders. There is criteria to be met for main registration.

ATOMICUS

We are located on the Gold Coast. Our aim is to breed healthy dogs, with great temperament and are true to type.

KAMONTRY

I am a small breeding and show home to cavaliers of all four standard colours. My dogs and puppies are part of the family and they live in the home with me. They are my companions and pets first. I became involved with ANKC in 2016 showing cavaliers from the very beginning. We have had a lot of fun and success in the show ring at speciality and all breeds level.

The health and longevity of my dogs is at the forefront of my breeding program. Structure is important for the functional health and wellbeing of the dog. I aim to breed cavaliers with a sweet melting expression, to size (5.4- 8.2kg), temperament and type. I utilise a holistic approach of care as this supports their longevity, paying attention to diet, exercise and hygiene.

My dogs are DNA tested for breed specific diseases. Ophthalmologist tested two yearly. Cardiologist tested yearly. I health test until late in life. Patellas are checked yearly by my vet. I am also incorporating the use of MRI screened dogs for Syringomyelia and have commenced a program of screening my own dogs. Bringing new bloodlines to Kamontry is an ongoing focus to improve health, type, temperament, structure and genetic diversity.

CAVTOWN

CAVTOWN - est.1984.
A showing/breeding kennel which has produced Champions in all 4 colours. Breeder of high achievers in both the All-Breeds and Specialty arenas in Australia, as well as Cavaliers who have had great success in the showrings in Sth Africa. There have also been CAVTOWN Cavaliers who have excelled in Obedience, Agility, other Dog Sports, and several who have acquired Therapy dog classifications in various fields. One little Blenheim girl was (to the best of her owner's knowledge) the first Cavalier in Australia to become a fully qualified Assistance Dog for the Hearing Impaired. Extremely proud to be the owner/breeder of the first Wholecolour Cavalier in Australasia to gain the Grand Champion Title. HOLLINGLEN

After having worked and shown border collies for many years I have now been "caught" by the love a Cavalier can give.
We show them only lightly, due to ring clashes with Ann’s cockers, yet they love their day out in the show ring.
Our Cavaliers are house dogs that sleep on the bed (no invitation needed) and all puppies are house reared, well socialised with our other dogs and only available to approved, loving homes.
All our dogs are fed a natural "as nature intended" raw food diet.

MAGICKMANOR

Set amongst a rain forest backdrop, Magick Manor is at the foothills of Maleny in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. All four of our breeding dogs are a part of the family and do not live their lives in cages. Our property in just over 1/2 an acre, with two dwellings. The 2nd dwelling is rented out though AirBnB, so many guests pass through our gates. Guests are invited to view & play with the puppies, so from an early age the puppies get to socialise with people as well as our existing dogs. We have invested in a purpose built pergola area, just for our puppies, to keep them safe and out of harms way, without having to lock them away in cages. Our aim is to become a recognised reputable breeder of quality pets. Currently we have the following pets:

SOUTHBANK

Bronwyn and I joined the Canine Control Council (Qld) in 1980. For the past 41 years we have been extremely privileged to have bred, owned, co-owned and exhibited some of Australia's very best Labrador Retrievers. In 2012 our daughter Karly purchased her companion dog Calvin - a very handsome Tri Color male. More recently Bronwyn purchased a lovely Blenheim bitch which we call Lori. On the 27th May 2021 we welcomed our first litter of Blenheim baby puppies. We plan to keep the best bitch for ourselves and Bronwyn hopes to exhibit this youngster during October of this year.

CAVREALM

CavRealm aims to breed quality, healthy Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Our Cavaliers are part of the family. We show and participate in other disciplines such as agility and tricks.

Graedon - a small select breeding kennel of Cavaliers in Queensland
We currently have a litter born 20/12/22
This is a long awaited litter from this dam, puppies all doing well.
Puppies not kept for showing and breeding with us, are available on Limited Registration.
They come with first vaccination, wormed from 2 weeks of age, vet checked and a puppy pack.
Puppies are clear by parentage for CC/DE/EF they hold Heart and Eye certification.

Previously I bred Miniature Long dachshunds with much success under the GRAEDON prefix, producing many Champions both here and overseas. Best in show all breeds and specialty Best In Show, Grand Champions and the only Black and Tan Supreme Ch in Australia to date. Supreme Ch Graedon Timefsuccess aka Roland. In 2016 I finished breeding the dachshunds due to health reasons and my good friend Lana, has taken up the reins when I could no longer exhibit them properly. This is when the cavaliers came into play as I can free stack them
In Victoria, you can find Dachshund Miniature Longs still using this prefix, under the guidance of Lana Flower & Carolyn Mibus, who breeds long haired dachshunds. Lana also breeds Smooth haired dachshunds under another prefix
