We are a small kennel established for nearly 40 years. Breeding mostly to provide replacement for our own small show team. I occasionally have pups available to pet homes and also older adults from time to time.

We are the only kennel in Australia to have bred two National BEST IN SHOW winners, having won the 2002 national with Ch Reynosa Tosca Jones and 2010 with gr Ch Reynosa It's My Party.

Multi in group and in show winners.

My beautiful Irish boy, Morgan is the only Supreme Champion Chihuahua in Victoria.

Great little show dogs and wonderful companions with excellent temperaments.

I am a specialist Toy Group judge, and have been fortunate to judge in UK, Sweden, Thailand, Singapore, New Zealand and South Africa, Estonia as well as Australia.

We started showing and breeding Chihuahua's in 1982. We are breeders of long and smooth coated Chihuahuas in Adelaide, South Australia. Our aim from the start has been and still is to breed soundness and good temperaments into our dogs.We are not an overly large Kennel and breed for Quality not Quantity.We breed mainly for the Show ring but do have puppies for sale sometimes as pets. Overseas and Interstate enquiries are most welcome.

Here at Kuchukopek we breed for the Show Ring only.
We strive to improve the Breed, ocassionaly we have Puppies that are not suitable for Showing.
Our dogs go to their new homes from 3.5 months onward after we have decided which are suitable for Showing. The puppies that do not make the grade and sometimes older dogs are sold as Pets.

Our dogs are only sold with papers if we think they are good enough to be shown.
Ou Kennel Prefix means a lot to us and we value our honesty and integrity.
We do not like to sell Puppies at 8 weeks as we cannot guarantee what they will turn out like in regard to type,temperament and size for the Show ring, and as a pet if someone is looking for a "Specific" looking Chihuahua. Chihuahuas are known to go through many changes while growing. What might be a beautiful baby could change while growing, and vice versa.

Staplechi have been showing & breeding Chihuahuas since 1978 and have bred many Champions and Grand Champions. At EEVYON, we are a small devoted Show Home of both Long and Smooth coats, and our dogs are a part of the family, first and foremost. Yes, they have full run of the house! EEVYON is named so, because of the Pokemon EEVEE and her "evolutions" for 2 reasons; firstly to remind me that when my Team and I are out there in the show ring, we are out there to have FUN! And secondly Pokemon means "pocket monster". what more do I need to say *GRIN*

My breeding program strives to produce and augment physical soundness and enhance the saucy assertive temperament that is characteristic of this beautiful breed, but with training and socialising, some manners are developed. This ensures all my dogs are friendly and confident in their individual personalities, and are devoted to their chosen loved ones at home.

We are very select as to what is shown and bred, so unfortunately some puppies will never see the show ring. We ask that families have the time and love to provide these beautiful babies with a secure and stable home. Being a "show home" we do not believe it is fair that the "show team" gets to spend the day out, while the "pet pack" stays at home. However we have a vigorous screening process to ensure our babies get the best start to their new life, and ensure that the family is right for the dog.

hi i have been breeding chihuahuas as a registered breeder since the beginning of 2009 with dogs west the canine association of wa . all my chihuahuas are bought up in a loving well socialised environment around normal household noises and as much affection as possible . they are able to roam in my safe fenced backyard or in safe courtyards on 5 acres with myself my husband and 4 children .My aim is to breed quality soundness and personality health is the most important thing not size .Im hoping to put some of my of my own bred pups to the show ring in the future ,but if it takes away from giving love its not my top priority .Remember any dog may be show quality and you don't know that until you show it . Please take note i only want my pups to go to the best homes i can possibly find so if you don't want to let me know anything about you please don't bother contacting me ,namely puppy farmers or people looking for a teacup chihuahuas (no such thing } if size is your main concern not health and welfare don't bother you will find them forsale with scammers or puppy farms .

I am a registered breeder and exhibitor of long and smooth coated Chihuahua's located here in Perth, WA. I am privileged to hold the current position of Vice President to the WA Chihuahua Club as well as holding the position of Secretary to the National Chihuahua Council (Australia) since December 2018.

It’s safe to say Chihuahua’s are my passion as I have been exhibiting for over a decade with great success titling dogs of my own breeding as well as campaigning and titling for others - I just love to show this little breed!

Chintaro is dedicated in its program to produce Chihuahua’s that display all the hallmarks of the breed with health, temperament, movement, and construction, being of the utmost of importance. It is for the above reasons that I have also imported dogs from the UK as well as the Czech Republic.

All my show dogs have been tested for the Merle gene, have a 6x6 scissor bite, and are Patella Certified with a score of PL 0/0 - Current as of 2022.

I will have the occasional puppy or older adult available.
