We sometimes have long & smooth coat pups for sale. Our pups dont leave until they are at least 13 weeks old.

All of our pups have outstanding temperaments and will only be offered to the best homes.
They have all grown up with other dogs big and small so there are no issues with socialisation.
All of our pups love everyone and have no issues bonding with new people.

Puppies are wormed, microchipped, flea treated, vet checked and DESEXED (NOT NEGOTIABLE) before going to their new forever homes.

Our Chihuahuas are our family pets and live in our home with 3 children, cats & German/White Swiss Shepherds. They are well socialized and become quite confidently little dogs.

Our puppies will be on limited papers unless discussed prior. Prices range from $3200 Boys -$3500 Girls and all puppies are desexed unless sold on Mains.
If you are interested in one of our pups you will need to fill out our application which you can find on our website before you will be considered.

We show our dogs in conformation Showing. We breed to improve the breed. We don't breed Teacup Chihuahuas as there is no such thing. Sometimes we have runts but the standard size is 1.8-2.7kg . Our Chihuahuas are kept fit and healthy. They are not over weight and they aren't locked up in cages. They have run of the back yard/front yard during the day and they sleep inside in their crates (or in my bed)

Jaradisechi is situated in Devonport, Tasmania.

I bought my first Chihuahua over 10 years ago for my daughter. She wanted either a Chihuahua or a Great Dane. I chose a Chihuahua and have never looked back. I feel very passionate about Chihuahuas and continually strive to improve the quality of my kennel. I endeavour to breed for conformation, temperament and soundness.

Although I sometimes have a longcoat puppy, my passion is in the smoothcoat chihuahua.

They are a mighty dog in a little package.

I would like to thank June Anderson, Vayocondios, for all her advice, support and encouragement. She has entrusted me with two of her beautiful Chihuahuas. I would also like to thank Pam Brennan, Espero, as well as Bronwyn Hill, Finchi, who have both been supportive, encouraging and informative.

Growing up my introduction to a life shared with dogs was via my family and our German Shepards. We spent much time training and competing in both trials and the show ring.

Kitaco Kennels was the first Dogs NZ Accredited Chihuahua Breeder in NZ & is the only Chi breeder in NZ who is a practicing Vet. Dr Tracey Tonkin BVSc(Hons) is also the Dogs NZ National Breed Health Liaison Officer.

We breed for health, soundness, great temperaments & breed type with excellent confirmation. Our dogs are DNA screened for known genetic issues, heart, eye and patella problems, hip scored & bred above and beyond the requirements of the Dogs NZ Accredited Breeders Scheme. Our dogs are also currently part of a La Trobe University long term study tracking the correlation between breeder practices and puppy development.

Our dogs are known for their excellent breed type and outstanding temperaments and have been used for professional stage and photography work.

We export both dogs and semen from NZ. Subject to COVID-19 restrictions we can arrange all transport and veterinary certifications for Australia, Asia, Europe & the US.

We have been involved in the pedigree dog world since 1988 and predominately breed and show toy poodles but our love affair with chihuahuas started in 2004 when a smooth coat tri male, who we named Hardy, came to live with us and be shown to his Australian Championship title. After his passing in 2017 a lovely a cream long coat girl called "Nala" came to this live with to be titled well this has ignited something is us we now also co-own Nala's very cheeky son "Porter" Rayvale Ima One In a Million with Val and have added a smooth Tri male called "Morris" Chaniekan Mafia Boss to our home.

We will be breeding both long and smooth coat chihuahuas sparingly and for happy healthy companions. All our puppies are bought up within our family home.
