Planhaven was established in 1966 by the late Frances Wilson. Since this time Dogs carrying the Planhaven Prefix would have conservatively amassed over 100 Royal Challenges. Puppy and Stud Enquiries welcome.
All our breeding pairs are hip & elbow scored & Vet checked before breeding.
UPDATE FOR 2012. Though only exhibiting 4 times my Newfs went B.O.B Wollondilly ABKC & B.O.B and Group 4th Sydney Royal with Winner (Handled by J.Craig) Snow White Best in Show Victorian Speciality, Anny Oakley Runner-Up in Show Victorian
Speciality (co-owned with Natasha Ryan) and Winner Best Dog & Opposite in Show Victorian Speciality. (all handled by N. Ryan) Winner went Best in Show NSW Speciality & Dream Best Bitch and Runner-Up in Show NSW Speciality.

I am a small kennel situated in wollondilly shire I show my dogs regularly all around NSW I breed only when I have a list of people wanting my puppies. I strive to better the breed and only breed from sires and dams with excellent hip and elbow scores,which i have paperwork for viewing,
I like to be of help with any new puppy owner as they get to know their new puppy as they are not easy to rare.so feel free to ring for chat!

I fell in love with this breed 23 years ago, the wonderful temperament unconditional love & loyalty. The Gentle Giant
Puppies are occasionally available to approved homes.
All parents are hip, elbow scored, cystinuria & heart checked before breeding.

I regularly show my dogs all over NSW, I enjoy this time with friends & speaking to possible new homes.
When not showing my dogs we join our dog walking friends & go on walks & we are often at the lake swimming in summer.

I hold regular Puptogether Days with my puppy owners where we enjoy swimming with our dogs talking all things Newfie & enjoying each others company. Potential new homes are welcomed by everyone, its a great opportunity for those interested in owning a puppy bred by Newflabel to join the extended family to ask questions & see our beautiful breed in their element. Education for all homes is very important as is my ongoing support no matter the age of your puppy. An enquiry form can be emailed to those interested in a Newflabel puppy.

We are a small kennel that exhibits our dogs at shows with great success But most of all they are a part of our family We have 40 years experience in the breed Our aim is to breed type temperament and soundness Our newfies are our family We currently have 8 newts living with us ranging in age from 14 1/2 years old to 5 months We couldn’t imagine life without them
We rarely breed but when we do it has been planned with much thought love and care Our dogs are all DNA hips elbow and heart tested
Puppies are home reared socialised and thoroughly vet checked and will only go to the very best of forever homes It’s our responsibility to find them the very best

Planhaven Newfoundlands was started by the late Mrs Frances Wilson in 1966. Frances was a world renown Newfoundland Breeder & exhibitor of her beautiful dogs. She bred over 200 champions and some of the well known dogs were Edenglen Born Free (Imp USA), Planhaven Thunderbay, Planhaven Thunderdome, Planhaven Moon River, Waterbear’s Winner Takes It All to Planhaven (Imp USA) to name but a select few.
Planhaven Newfoundlands now lives on under the guidance of Robyn Parkin.
