Here at Wooloostaff we aim to breed Staffords of sound type and wonderful friendly temperaments. All breeding stock eye tested annually and L2 and HC tested before being bred from. We only breed when we are wanting to keep something from the litter.
All puppies are sold vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, eye tested and come with a comprehensive puppy pack of information for the new puppy owners and a lifetime of advice and backup.

Our first Stafford was purchased from Mary Pedler ‘Landulad prefix’ in 1986
and the Koendidda prefix was established in 1989.

My dogs are bred for show and sports and have excelled in both disciplines from winning Best in Show to gaining obedience, rally, lure and endurance sport titles.

They are also a part of the family and make great pets.

I breed to maintain excellent type, sound structure, movement and temperament and for health.

All my Staffords are health tested for L2-HGA, HC and are clinically eye tested before being sold and becoming a part of my breeding program.

I am actively involved with the breed, including the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club of Victoria and have been recognised as a Life Member of the SBTCV Inc.

I breed on a limited basis and Im happy to answer any questions you might have about staffords.

My Staffords are my kids , they sleep on my bed and I take them on holidays with us, I take them swimming in a dog pool, runs on the oval each day, like dogs should be treated. Nothing is too much for my kids.

I believe in breeding for better dogs, with the emphasis of quality not quantity

I select our dogs and bitches that are not just beautiful, but have outstanding temperaments.

I aim is to produce superior specimens, by producing dogs as close to the standard as possible. I aim for stunning dogs with superb temperaments.

We have a standard for a reason, to define the ideal Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

I love the Reds so i have Reds and Red and white Stafford's. NO BLUES

PUPPIES ARE BORN AND RAISED IN MY HOME, I HAVE NO RUNS NO CRATED DOGS, THEY RUN FREE ALL TOGETHER, AND SLEEP ON MY BED, THEY HAVE THEIR OWN DOGGY DOOR.

Breeding selectively with quality to achieve quality. Temperament, construction and health first and foremost. All Staffords are health tested before being considered as a part of our breeding program including L2, HC and Clinical Eye Examination. Potential puppy homes are screened carefully before we allow a Skybreaker baby to become a part of the family.

I am actively involved with the breed as Secretary and Life Member of the SBTCV Inc. Health testing and responsible ownership is paramount. Skybreaker litters are few and far between however we are always happy to share info on how to find a responsible and ethical breeder. Research on appropriate health tests and responsible breeders should be carefully undertaken before purchasing a Stafford puppy. We are also happy to answer breed related enquiries.

We are avid exhibitors, showing almost on a weekly basis throughout Victoria and occasionally interstate.

We were lucky to start with our boy 'Jack', who we were able to achieve the title of Supreme Champion prior to his 3rd birthday. Then came along our beautiful girl 'Diamond', who we also titled at an early age. From our first litter from Jack and Diamond we were blessed to have our beautiful black and white pied girl 'Queenie" born. Queenie is our first home bred "BEST IN SHOW" winner

All dogs at Handpikd are a very important part of our lives, with a lot of time and love being dedicated to them on a daily basis.

When we breed, we do it after much thought, planning and care, focusing on breed type, temperament, movement, pedigree research and DNA analysis.

We DO NOT breed for colour and DO NOT breed for the colour blue.

All of our dogs are DNA certified as clear of L2-Hga and HC with additional clinical eye tests for PHPV, MRD, HC and Distichiasis (extra eyelashes).

When pups leave for their forever homes, they are vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped and clinically eye tested.
