    LURGENGLARE

Breed - Maremma Sheepdog Planned Litter - Unknown

Lurgenglare Maremmas have been registered with Dogs Victoria since 1986 when our first Maremma Sheepdog successfully protected our Angora goats and sheep from foxes. Bianca's first litter was registered in 1988. We have been promoting Maremmas in the Show Ring & at Agricultural Shows and have been improving the Australian Maremma Sheepdog population by importing six Maremmas from Italy, Sweden and England to provide a good foundation of unrelated bloodlines for breeding sound, well tempered & true to type Maremma Sheepdogs for livestock guarding, family companions and show. Our customers continue to value their Maremmas to protect their families and various livestock species: chickens, ducks, geese, ostriches, sheep, goats, deer, cattle, alpacas and the latest challenges, the Eastern Barred Bandicoots at the Victorian Zoos and the Little Penguins on Middle Island south of Warrnambool in Victoria.
