Obenschutz is home of the well nurtured and happy Rottweilers. Excellent genetics and temperament. Our goal first and foremost to breed family dogs. As a former corrections officer in a supermax security facility in the United States, I worked with various breeds. When I came to Australia and traveled for work in the security industry, I would leave my wife, who is a doctor, home alone. So I chose the Rottweiler because I wanted a loyal, intelligent, easily trainable dog to be her guardian and companion. I was fortunate enough to find a highly intelligent working line Rottweiler, who is just as physically suited to military and police work and still take to shops, festivals and beach during the day, and be a couch potato and cuddle bug while watching tv at night. Our boy Hunter is trim and muscular with a regal presence. He has a large proportionate and handsome head, athletic body and drive. When picking a female, I wanted to complement Hunter's strengths and temperament. Our female Ziva is athletic with a nice head and a solid build. She has a chilled personality, is highly intelligent and loyal with great guarding instincts. With the combination of these two amazing parents, we are expecting some outstanding family guardians and companions to be the newest members of your family.
