Welcome to Tyinpi Border Collies, a small kennel based in South East QLD with over 15yrs of experience dedicated to owning, exhibiting, and breeding quality dogs. Many Tyinpi puppies are competing within the show ring/dog sports, involved with therapy work but most importantly are loved family companions across Australia. My focus has always remained on preserving and continuously bettering the breed through careful, ethical breeding practices. Conformation, health, temperament and overall soundness are of the utmost importance. I only plan occasional litters, allowing me to devote extensive time, care, and attention to every breeding and puppy raised. All planned matings involve thorough research and comprehensive health testing of all breeding dogs. Puppies are raised with a strong emphasis on early socialisation, enrichment and positive early experiences to help them develop into confident, well-rounded companions. Whilst I primarily specialise in black and white and blue merle Border Collies, with the occasional chocolate, colour or coat pattern is never prioritised over health, structure, temperament and breed quality. Welcome to Tyinpi where we always bring a “Twinkle To Your Eye” Tyinpi is a small kennel based in South East Queensland, with over 15 years of experience dedicated to owning, exhibiting, and breeding quality dogs — which started with Border Collies. A few years ago, I was entrusted with my very first Havanese, and of course, they completely stole my heart. It’s impossible not to fall in love with such an intelligent, affectionate, loyal breed full of charm and charisma. My journey into the wonderful world of Havanese would not have been possible without the trust and mentorship from Carnwath, Hashki, Tiek, and Cubet Kennels. As with my Border Collies, my focus is on maintaining the breed standard through careful, ethical breeding practices. Conformation, health, temperament, and overall soundness are always my highest priorities. I only plan occasional litters, which allows me to devote extensive time, care, and attention to every breeding and every puppy raised. All planned matings are thoroughly researched and carefully considered. Puppies will be raised with a strong emphasis on early socialisation, enrichment, and positive experiences to help them develop into confident, well-rounded companions.
