MULTI BISS/RUBISS Champion Marmatia Jali Zahra has passed over to the rainbow ridge. The easiest dog to own. Superb nature and tolerant of puppies dogs and cats. She won Best in Show at the Newcastle Specialty show on 6th April 2013, the breeder/judge was Mrs Di Jolly of Ravvar Ridgebacks. She went in to win the following year again under American judge Deric Adobe. Best open in show and best veteran in sweepstakes. She also won Runner Up Best in show Specialty 2010 RRCQ inc, under UK Judge Mrs E Newton. At the 2011 Brisbane Royal Show she was Reserve challenge bitch under a Canadian Judge. 2012 Queensland specialty she was reserve bitch and Best Aust bred in show Judge Jan Coppens (Neth) 2013 Best in show specialty Nsw Judge Dianne Jolly (Ravvar Ridgebacks, 2014 Best in show again Nsw Judge Mr D Aube (USA) She was also best veteran in sweepstakes and best open in show. Her Great grandmother is Grand Champion Rothridge Sassy Nala and her father is Grand Champion Kargnieulan Tennessee (AI). She has the most wonderful temperament, but because of her exuberance she is rather hard to get to stand still in the ring. She won 4 minor puppies in group in one weekend, under one local judge and 3 international judges, (malaysian, japaneese, philipino), She got her last points for her title under a western australian judge Mrs S Monk, and a victorian Judge Mr K Mc Karthy. Over the last few years Zah has done extremely well under international judges. She is one of the most fun dogs to show that I have ever handled.
At home she is the aunty to all pups who come, even to the extent of trying to feed other bitches litters. She is very gentle with the small ones, and plays with all dogs big and small.
In 2016 I started showing Zah in Neuter classes, and with limited showing she was titled, winning a Best in show and Runner up in show (all breeds) and then a best in show at a specialty. She still loves the ring.
