Ch Mountainhill Filo Bedo (Imp UK)
With his late arrival and our work, study and family commitments Bob has had limited show outings. Fortunately he has a 'cruisy' temperament and takes it all in his stride. He has now titled, finishing his championship with a Runner-up to Best Exhibit in Group.
As a sire Bob continues to exceed expectations. He has shown himself already to be an influential sire with some head-turning offspring currently floating about!! This coupled with him being the singular most healthy DDBx we've ever owned suggests there will be more to come from this fellow as a sire.
Of most interest in his pedigree is his great-grandmother Larsucades Neige at Brandoux (Paris) - a beautiful bitch very much stamped with the same type as Tazz and Bibi. This should be no surprise - she is out of a litter sister to our founding bitch Mandi.
On the dams side we have Tank - Tank, Troy and T-Bone were dogs we knew well and we imported semen from Troy but were unsuccessful in gaining a litter from it. Overall we also have a double cross to Toezzz.
Bob is developing well and showing a lot of useful qualities. His lack of the steep croup that seems to be a constant issue within the breed (and almost seems to be accepted as the 'norm') has to be appreciated.
He is also one goofy boy with an amusing outlook on life!
PennHip greater than 90th percentile. We're absolutely delighted that Bob has returned a hip and elbow score that cannot be bettered - 0/0 and 0:0!! HD and ED free, Aust Grade 0, International Grade A.
