Stunning on the move, with correct head and tail carriage, he flowed effortlessly around the show ring. His lovely dark eyes and exceptional temperament have proudly been passed on to his offspring. He always gave 100% and was a pleasure to exhibit at the dog shows.
He was retired from the show ring at a fairly young age due to an injury which resulted in him loosing most of his tail. He sired many litters and is in the pedigrees of all current Jalorca champions - having sired his last litter in 2013 (of 15 puppies) at the grand age of 10.
Standing at stud for a number of years he has consistantly produced quality and soundly constructed puppies. His most well know offspring being Aust Grand Ch Jalorca Takin Care of Business, Ch Jalorca La Vida Loca Reina and Aust Grand Ch Jalorca La Copa De La Vida - also grand daughter Ch Whytewood Georgie Gold ET and great grand daughter Ch Jalorca French Firechaser.
Marty was put to sleep on the 10th January 2017 - just 11 days short of his 14th birthday. I will miss him terribly as he was a wonderful companion. Even in his older years, when he was hindered by arthritus, he never complained and was always a "perfect gentleman". All his offspring show the same lovely temperament.
